Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders across India.
All COD shipments are processed with our trusted courier partners, and you can easily track every order through your Fly Dashboard.
Please note: RTO rates for COD orders typically range between 3%–7%, depending on customer confirmation and delivery attempts. We always recommend using a proper order-confirmation process to reduce RTO.
No, you can start without one!
For Beginners: You can register and start selling as an individual. However, if you are selling on marketplaces like Amazon or Flipkart, they may require a GSTIN.
For Scaling: Once your turnover crosses the government threshold (usually ₹20-40 Lakhs), you will need to register. We recommend getting a GSTIN early to claim Input Tax Credits on your purchases from us.
Yes, but you must act fast.
Window: You can cancel an order directly from your dashboard within 2 hours of placing it.
After Dispatch: Once the tracking number is generated (usually by 1:00 PM), the order cannot be canceled as it is already with the courier.
Customs duties/taxes are not included in our shipping price.
Policy: As per standard international trade laws, the receiver (your customer) is responsible for paying any import duties levied by their country's customs department. Please inform your international clients about this beforehand.
In India, "Return to Origin" (RTO) is common. If your customer refuses the parcel:
The product is returned to our warehouse.
We refund the product cost to your Fly wallet (after inspecting the item).
Note: The shipping charges (Forward + Reverse logistics) are deducted from your wallet, as the courier partner still charges us for the attempt.
