Yes, we offer Blind Dropshipping by sending out the goods without any associated marketing materials including in or on the packaging. We will ship in neutral packaging and follow blind shipping standards.

To not miss on these customers Snazzyway offer COD payment option for all domestic orders.Here you will have 2 options. You can either process your COD orders directly with your chosen shipping partner or you can simply let Snazzyway handle orders for you .
Option A: Process COD orders directly with the Your Shipping Partner
Look up shipping aggregators and you will find companies like ShipRocket, Shyplite etc, that allows you to get good rates on shipping. Open an account with them. Every time a customer asks for COD, instead of asking your Snazzyway to ship, schedule a shipment from your own shipping account, to be picked up from the Snazzyway’s warehouse location, and delivered to the consumer. That way, when the consumer pays on delivery, the shipping company passes the collection to you directly, by transferring to you bank account. You will require a GSTIN to be able to do so.
Option B: Let Snazzyway handle your Cash on Delivery ordersThis option does not require that you have a account with any of the shipping companies. Your orders will be processed using Snazzyway account with each of our integrated Shipping partners. Remember, since all orders are shipped using a our shipping partners , the shipping company passes the collection to us . We offer twice-a-month COD remittance to ensure you have a steady cashflows . Snazzyway Cash on delivery charges Rs 99 /- per parcel is applicable .
We guarantee that every product we sell will be as pictured and described and will be free from defect. If you or your customer receives an item that does meet not this guarantee, we will issue you a full refund or provide a replacement. Non-defective returns must be shipped back to us within 15 days and we will credit your account minus a (20% restocking fee plus RTO charge).

Our online platform offers our full range of product and we will endeavour to provide the same high level of delivery service and customer support as always,along with our free & easy returns policy. To help ease any concerns, we have extended the existing returns policy to 15 days. (as of 31.05.2020)
Two ways to return the products
Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free return pick up service. The customer will see a pickup option when the return request is submitted.
Self-Ship: If we don’t offer a pick up at your location, we will credit the shipping costs provided the product meets the terms and conditions of the return policy. The reseller should share the scanned copy of the courier receipt via email for validation.

We are unable to accept returned garments which have been worn, washed, or have had labels and tags removed.
We are unable to accept return/refund for Gift card and downloadable products
Exchanges are possible for an alternate color or size. This is subject to availability and a refund will be processed if we aren’t able to fulfill your exchange request.
Bodysuits and swimsuits must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact

After you sell a product,two things happen: their payment is automatically captured, and a new order email is generated. You then need to fulfill this order in order to have it shipped to your customer. At this point we can consider the order as in a PENDING status, which means that you have received the payment for the order, and you are now ready to process it with the Snazzyway. We recommend processing your orders the same day you receive the payment. Your next step will be to send the order to the Snazzyway so it can be packed and shipped to your customer.
In order to process an order on Snazzyway, please follow the steps below:
1- Log in to your dashboard .
2-Place your order .
3- Pay your wholesale price via credit/debit card or any wallet
4-As soon as the order is shipped, you will be notified and the Snazzyway will provide a tracking number and courier information . This tracking/shipping will automatically sync to your store (based on your email settings on your store).

How long does it take to ship internationally?
We ship all our orders though DHL-Express which ideally takes no longer than 2 working days from the date of order placement.Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and ID with which you can track your order.
Is COD Available on international orders?
No, COD is not applicable on international orders. We accept only prepaid orders.
How can I make the payment for international orders?
You can make your payment through any international bank cards. If you would like to pay through PayPal, then you need to place a Cash-On-Delivery order and our support team will reach you through email with the payment link before the order is shipped.
Can I place bulk orders internationally?

What is your Return Policy?
Please Note: Panties and bras bought on Sale are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.
Ideally, all our products undergo thorough quality checks before delivery, if you still find that the product is damaged, kindly send us pictures of the product within 24 hours from the order receipt. Once we confirm on order damage, we will refund the entire amount including shipping to your bank account . In such a scenario, you do not have to return the fabric, just sit back, accept our apologies and place another order! We will try out best that you don’t face an issue like this again!
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Did you place a wrong order or changed your mind? You absolutely have no reasons to freak out because we got you! If you cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of order placement, full amount will be refunded. However, if you wish to cancel your order once it’s shipped , in this case, the money will not be refunded. If you wish to return the product, you can refer to above Question .
Do you have standardized prices for domestic and international orders?
International peripheries don’t weigh down the love we have for our customers. All our products are uniformly priced for countries across the world. It is only the shipping cost that varies based on the weight of the order and zip code of the country.
Why is international shipping not free?
We all are aware of the complexities that international shipping brings along. Each country has their own set of custom duty norms and taxes which makes it difficult for any e-commerce business to bear the shipping charges. Even courier companies in this case has a scroll running down with T&Cs which makes it all the more difficult to ship products for free, internationally. However, we only charge the shipping cost that the courier company levy on each order. There are no hidden costs involved!
