Resellers must provide accurate and complete information during registration and while listing products. They must comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning their business and sales. Resellers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

Snazzyway Dropshipping provides a platform for resellers to list and sell our products on various e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Magento, and OpenCart. We provide tools and integrations to facilitate the listing and management of products on these platforms. Additionally, we offer marketing materials and optimization services designed to help resellers increase their sales and effectively promote their products. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Resellers may incur fees for using our platform, including subscription fees or transaction fees, as outlined during the registration process. 

Resellers are responsible for ensuring that their product listings are accurate, legal, and comply with our policies. We reserve the right to remove or modify any product listing that violates these terms or our guidelines.

Snazzyway Dropshipping manages order fulfillment, including processing orders and shipping products to customers. We provide tracking information for shipments, but we are not liable for delays or delivery issues caused by third-party carriers.

Our return policy allows customers to return products within 15 days of receipt, subject to specific conditions. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours

All content on Snazzyway Dropshipping, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Snazzyway and is protected by intellectual property laws. Resellers retain ownership of their content but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for operating the platform.

Resellers agree to indemnify and hold Snazzyway and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the platform or from any violation of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Resellers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
