At Snazzyway Fly, we prioritize high-velocity logistics to support your business growth. We maintain a 5-hour order processing window to ensure rapid fulfillment for your customers.
Order Processing Timeline
Same-Day Shipping: All orders placed before 1:00 PM IST.
Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 1:00 PM IST.
Weekend Schedule: Orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday are dispatched the following Monday.
Logistics & Delivery Infrastructure
We partner with India’s leading tier-1 carriers, including Blue Dart, DTDC, and Delhivery, to provide reliable end-to-end tracking.
Transit Time: 5–8 business days across Pan-India.
Tracking: Automated shipment notifications are triggered upon dispatch. Please monitor spam folders to ensure receipt of tracking credentials.
Shipment Governance & Returns
Non-Delivery: If a shipment is returned due to “consignee unreachable,” a refund is processed for the product cost only. Outward shipping fees are non-refundable.
Discrepancy Window: Claims for missing items must be filed within 3 days of delivery.
Non-Receipt: Inquiries regarding non-delivery must be submitted within 60 days of the purchase date to be eligible for investigation.
Documentation: Incomplete KYC or consignee documentation leading to a “Return to Origin” (RTO) will result in a refund of the product cost only.
Cancellation Policy
Pre-Processing: Full refund if the order has not been created or processed.
Post-Processing: Partial shipping fees are deducted if labels/manifests have already been generated.
In-Transit: Orders cannot be cancelled once the shipment has left the fulfilment centre.
